Nick True is having a solid junior year for defending 4-A champion Highlands. True has visited numerous schools this season, but he's not refocusing on his team's goal.
"This season is going pretty great," True began, "even though we lost (to Cincinnati Elder) this past Friday.
"Recruiting is going pretty good. It's still busy, but since the regular season is almost over and the playoffs are about to begin, I' not going on as many visits. But I'm still keeping in contact with coaches," said True.
True has been four visits recently and he talked with FOX Sports Next about one of those visits in particular.
He continued on about his Kentucky visit.
"I thought the visit was really cool. I really liked how their staff took the time to already know how our team is doing and what all we have done in the past games so they could talk about it with me," said True.
The 6-foot-7, 230-pound True is a prototype tight end prospect as a junior. In six games, True has 12 catches for 177 yards and three touchdowns. True and Highlands take on Ryle this Friday night.
