Chipola CC big man Johnnie Harris has setup his official visit to Miami. He will visit the beautiful college town of Oxford, Ohio the weekend of April 20-22. Harris is considered the top candidate for Miami's last available basketball scholarship.
Harris will visit New Mexico this coming weekend, though he has no clear cut favorite at this moment, and is expected to still be available come the weekend of his Miami visit.
The 6'8, 250 PF gained much notoriety for his performance in the NJCAA playoffs. In the semifinal win over Southern Idaho, Harris scored 15 points, and grabbed 11 rebounds.
