| Mark played HS at Dunbar in Dayton, Ohio and was a teamate of Daequan Cook (Ohio State/Miami Heat) and Aaron Pogue. Originally slated in the class of 2006, He didn’t enroll at Sinclair CC (Dayton, OH) until 2007 and has been reclassified to the class of 2009.
Mark was Ohio Community College Athletic Conference player of the year and was been named a National Junior College Athletic Conference 2nd team Division II Men’s Basketball All-American as a Freshman.
Anderson was the leading scorer in NJCAA Division II basketball this season averaging 25.8 points a game for OCCAC school Sinclair Community College. He also pulled down 9.3 rebounds per game for the Pride.
Mark is the nephew of Roth HS and Kentucky/USC player Dwight Anderson, who also played with the New Jersey Nets. Dwight Anderson was the City of Dayton’s first McDonalds All American. |
